The fresh leaves add delight to the spring dinner plate, the flowers make a mead that tastes like the warming rays of sun after a cold winter, and the root gently supports the organs of elimination (and with a stretch of the imagination, they kind of taste like coffee to boot!). As someone who tends to form skin rashes when my system is overloaded, I often turn to Dandelion root along with Burdock root to support my liver and digestion. Leaf and Root available.
